If you do not have a website, your CroozLink profile can work as the professional front door to that journey.

CroozFlow is a guided flow feature inside CroozLink. Use it when someone needs to complete multiple steps in the right order, like watching an overview, signing an agreement, making a payment, filling a form, uploading files, or booking a call.

Crooz.to also includes rich posts with public URLs, so you can publish short articles, updates, resources, or explanations and show them on your profile. Posts have their own analytics too.

Yes. CroozLink includes a Store where you can sell files, templates, ebooks, courses, resources, or external products. You can offer free or paid items, collect buyer emails, accept payments through Stripe or PayPal where supported, and send download access after payment is confirmed. CroozLink takes 0% platform commission.

For reviews, CroozLink supports both native reviews and Google Business reviews. Native reviews are collected after meetings or purchases through verified review links. Google reviews can be imported through your Google Business connection. You can choose whether to show your trust score, native reviews, or Google reviews on your profile.

Live lets you show when you are available, display a live banner, and run real-time Q&A from your profile.

Inbox collects visitor messages, offline replies, and past live-session chats so leads and conversations do not disappear across random forms and emails.

Reputation Shield helps visitors verify whether a social handle, email, phone, or platform ID is actually yours - you add your official IDs privately and visitors can check suspicious accounts against your verified list without your IDs being publicly exposed.

CroozLink Business includes every Pro feature, plus managed integration of CroozPath Finder, CroozFlow, and CroozCal directly inside your existing website.

Yes. You keep your existing website. Our team matches the CroozLink experience to its visual style, connects the client journeys to your pages, and securely authorizes the public experiences to run on your approved website. You do not need to replace or rebuild your website.

Our team will collect the website, service, and client-journey details needed for setup. We then configure your CroozPath Finder, connect CroozFlow and CroozCal, match the experience to your brand, securely authorize your website, and support the integration through launch. The managed setup is included with the Business plan at no extra cost.

Yes. The website connection is designed so additional CroozFlows can be added without rebuilding the integration each time. Business customers receive direct technical assistance and up to 1 hour of hands-on help each month. This time can be used to create or update a CroozFlow, configure CroozCal, or update the CroozPath Finder. Unused hours do not carry forward. Custom website development is not included.

Yes. CroozLink Business includes the complete CroozLink dashboard and every Pro feature. You can manage your profile, CroozFlows, CroozCal booking options, documents, signatures, payments, links, reviews, and analytics while your clients use the connected experiences directly inside your website.

We authorize only your approved website to display the connected public CroozPath Finder, CroozFlow, and CroozCal experiences. This helps prevent unauthorized websites from copying or framing your client journeys and reduces the risk of impersonation. Private dashboard, authentication, admin, and document routes remain separate and are never opened for website embedding.

Yes. If you prefer, our team can provide the integration requirements and guide your developer or IT team through the complete setup. Your team can implement the website changes while we securely authorize your approved domain and help validate the CroozLink connection before launch.

CroozLink charges 0% platform commission on client payments. Professionals use their own connected Stripe or PayPal account where supported, so payments go directly to them. CroozLink does not take a cut of their hard work. Payment processor fees may apply.

The Pro plan includes the complete Pro feature set: CroozOffice (your CroozLink profile), CroozFlow, CroozCal, CroozDoc, Crooz.to smart links and rich posts, the digital product store, payments, signatures, forms, reviews, analytics, and every other Pro feature shown in the pricing section.

CroozLink Pro includes a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, and you can cancel anytime. A free trial is not available with CroozLink Business because managed website integration begins as soon as the Business subscription starts. You can explore the Pro trial and both live client demos before choosing a plan.

The $49 VIP setup is included FREE with Pro yearly and all Business plans, both monthly and yearly. On Pro monthly, it is an optional $49 one-time add-on. VIP setup includes a handcrafted story carousel, your CroozPath Finder, and 2 CroozFlows. CroozPath Finder is included with both Business plans. Setup starts after plan activation and is not included in the Pro free trial.
