UnwiringTech® ("we", "our", or "us") operates CroozLink (croozlink.com and croozl.ink). CroozLink is an NVIDIA Inception program member and serves as a professional business headquarters designed for digital creators, consultants, and independent professionals.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform, including our suite of tools: CroozCal (booking & e-sign), CroozDoc (pitch decks & heatmaps), CroozPulse (smart follow-ups), CroozRadar (organic traffic), and CroozVault (Croozers Wisdom).

By using CroozLink, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Personal Information

  • Name, email address, and profile information when you create an account
  • Payment information when you subscribe to paid plans (processed securely via Dodo Payments)
  • Content you create on your CroozLink profile (links, stories, media, documents)
  • Information from third-party authentication (Google) if you choose to sign in via these services
  • Calendar availability data when you connect Google Calendar for booking features
  • Business review data when you connect Google Business Profile

Visitor Information

  • Visitor name and email when booking meetings through CroozCal
  • Document viewing analytics (view time, pages viewed) through CroozDoc heatmaps
  • Digital signatures when signing documents through CroozCal e-sign
  • Questions and inquiries submitted through CroozRadar
  • Lead information when visitors submit forms on your profile

Usage Data

  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Pages visited, time spent, click patterns
  • Traffic source analytics (where your visitors come from)
  • Geographic location data (country/city level)

3. Third-Party Services & API Integrations

CroozLink integrates with the following third-party services to provide our features:

Google Calendar API

CroozLink (CroozCal) uses Google Calendar API with the following scopes:

  • calendar.readonly: Used to perform real-time 'Free/Busy' checks on your primary calendar. This is strictly used to identify existing conflicts and ensure external clients can only book meetings during your actual available time slots, preventing double-bookings.
  • calendar.events: Used to automatically create calendar events for both you (the professional) and your client once a meeting is successfully booked. This ensures synchronized schedules and triggers automatic email notifications to reduce no-shows.

Google Business Profile API

CroozLink uses Google Business Profile API to:

  • Fetch and display your Google Business reviews on your CroozLink profile
  • Show your business rating and review count to build trust with visitors

We only access review data that you explicitly authorize. We do not modify or delete your Google Business data.

Email Services

We use email services to send transactional emails including:

  • Meeting booking confirmations and reminders (CroozCal)
  • Document signing notifications and signed document delivery (CroozCal e-sign)
  • Document view notifications when someone views your pitch decks (CroozDoc)
  • Smart follow-up notifications (CroozPulse)
  • Purchase confirmations for digital products (Store)

Payment Processing

We use Dodo Payments for subscription processing and Stripe for booking payments (paid meetings) and store purchases. We do not store your full payment card information on our servers.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy & Limited Use Disclosure

CroozLink's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • No Human Readability: We do not allow humans to read your Google User Data unless we have your affirmative agreement for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or for the App's internal operations and even then only when the data have been aggregated and anonymized.
  • No Advertising: We never use Google User Data to serve advertisements.
  • No Data Selling: We do not sell your Google User Data to third-party organizations or data brokers.

5. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve CroozLink services
  • To process bookings, payments, and document signatures
  • To send transactional emails (booking confirmations, document notifications)
  • To provide analytics and insights on your profile and document performance
  • To check calendar availability and create calendar events
  • To display your business reviews and ratings
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues or abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations
  • CroozAI helps generate story content and carousels. We encourage you to review AI-generated stories before publishing to ensure they reflect your voice and intent. Your profile content and business data are never used to train AI models.

6. Information Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services for hosting (Vercel, Supabase), analytics, payment processing (Dodo, Stripe), email delivery, and cloud storage (Cloudflare R2)
  • Google APIs: Calendar and Business Profile data as described above
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
  • Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
  • Secure authentication via OAuth 2.0
  • Row-level security for database access
  • Regular security audits and updates

We take every reasonable measure to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and it's practically not possible to guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active
  • Analytics data: Retained for 2 years
  • Booking records: Retained for 1 year after the meeting date
  • Signed documents: Retained for a limited period; we recommend keeping your own copies
  • After account deletion: Data is purged within 90 days

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Disconnect Google Calendar or Google Business Profile integrations at any time
  • Opt-out of marketing communications
  • Close your account at any time

10. Children's Privacy

CroozLink is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
