Effective Date: September 17, 2026

Last Updated: September 17, 2026

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every person or organization that accesses or uses CroozLink, including professionals and businesses using CroozLink to present services, manage bookings, sell digital products, collect payments, share documents, or operate client workflows. It forms part of the CroozLink Terms of Service.

2. Independent Professional Responsibility

CroozLink provides software tools to independent professionals and businesses. It does not operate a marketplace that selects, ranks, endorses, or centrally manages sellers. Each professional is responsible for their offerings, pricing, representations, fulfilment, customer service, cancellations, refunds, taxes, required licences, and compliance with applicable law.

3. Prohibited Uses

You must not use CroozLink to create, promote, facilitate, sell, distribute, collect payment for, or otherwise support:

  • Illegal products, services, content, transactions, or activities
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, deceptive claims, misleading offers, fabricated proof, or other dishonest conduct
  • Content, products, or services that infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights, including counterfeit or pirated material
  • Malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing, credential theft, malicious code, unauthorized access, or interference with systems or accounts
  • Child sexual abuse or exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other unlawful sexual content or services
  • Weapons, explosives, or other prohibited or high-risk regulated goods where unlawful or prohibited by an applicable payment provider
  • Controlled substances, unlawful drugs, or products primarily intended to facilitate unlawful drug use
  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, unauthorized financial services, unlawful gambling, or other unlawful financial activity
  • Harassment, threats, stalking, abuse, incitement to violence, or unlawful discriminatory conduct
  • Spam, unsolicited bulk communications, fake bookings, forged signatures, manipulated reviews, or attempts to evade platform limits or safeguards
  • Any activity that violates applicable law, this policy, the CroozLink Terms of Service, or applicable PayPal, Stripe, or other payment-provider policies

4. Platform and Payment Integrity

You must not misrepresent your identity, business, authority, goods, services, prices, refund terms, or the purpose of a transaction. You must not attempt to bypass CroozLink security, payment verification, access controls, usage limits, or provider requirements. You may use a connected payment account only when you are authorized to do so and must comply with that provider's applicable terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property Reports

If you believe content or an offering on CroozLink infringes a right that you own or are authorized to represent, email support@croozlink.com with:

  • Your name, organization, email address, and other reasonable contact information
  • Identification of the protected work or right
  • The CroozLink URL or other precise location of the allegedly infringing content
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law
  • Supporting evidence of your rights and the alleged infringement, where available
  • A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them

CroozLink may request additional information before acting. Submitting a report does not guarantee a particular outcome.

6. Investigation and Enforcement

CroozLink may investigate suspected violations and request information reasonably needed to assess them. Where appropriate, CroozLink may restrict or remove relevant content or functionality, limit payment-related access, preserve information required for security or legal purposes, or suspend or terminate an account. The action taken may depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and legal or security risk of the conduct. CroozLink may also cooperate with payment providers or lawful authorities where required or appropriate.

7. Reporting a Violation

To report suspected fraud, abuse, illegal activity, intellectual property infringement, or another violation of this policy, contact support@croozlink.com. Include the relevant URL, account or transaction details, a clear description of the concern, and supporting evidence where available.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of CroozLink after an update takes effect is subject to the updated policy and the CroozLink Terms of Service.
