No Refunds After Subscribing

Once you subscribe, all payments are final and non-refundable. That's why we give you 7 days free - so you can be completely sure before paying.

Cancel Anytime

You're free to cancel your subscription whenever you like. You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

3. When We Can Still Help

Even though we offer a free trial, we understand things can go wrong. We're happy to review your case if any of the following applies:

  • Billing Issues: Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or unauthorized transactions
  • Service Outage: If CroozLink experiences extended downtime (72+ hours) due to issues on our end
  • Technical Problems: Critical bugs that prevented you from using core features, confirmed by our team
  • Accidental Renewal: If you forgot to cancel and contact us within 48 hours of being charged (case-by-case basis)

Each request is reviewed individually, and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution.

Our free trial is meant for genuine evaluation. If we notice abuse patterns (like creating multiple accounts for unlimited trials, or using excessive AI story variations or CroozAI during trial), we reserve the right to terminate the account.

We trust our users, and 99% of people are awesome. This policy exists only to prevent the rare bad actors. Thanks for understanding.

6. What Happens When You Cancel

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard. Here's what to expect:

  • You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Once your subscription expires, your profile becomes inactive and won't be visible to visitors
  • Your data (links, analytics, leads, etc.) will be securely stored for 90 days
  • Resubscribe anytime within 90 days to restore your profile instantly
  • After 90 days without an active subscription, your data will be permanently deleted
