1. Program status and acceptance
The CroozLink Partner Program is a selective, invite-only program operated by CroozLink. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or guarantee acceptance. Participation begins only after CroozLink approves the applicant and provides access to an authorized partner account or referral link.
By joining or participating in the program, the partner agrees to these Partner Program Terms, the CroozLink Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any campaign or payout rules shown in the approved partner platform.
2. Eligibility and account responsibility
Partners must provide accurate identity, business, contact, tax, and payout information and promptly keep that information up to date. Partners are responsible for activity under their account and must protect access to referral links, dashboards, and related credentials.
CroozLink may approve or decline an application based on audience fit, promotional methods, reputation, geography, capacity, compliance risk, or other legitimate program considerations.
3. Referral tracking and attribution
Partners must use the referral links, codes, or tracking methods issued through the approved program platform. Unless a campaign states otherwise, an eligible referral may be attributed for 60 days after the most recent valid partner referral interaction.
When more than one partner has referred the same customer, the most recent valid tracked referral within the attribution window normally receives credit. Tracking may be unavailable when a visitor blocks or deletes cookies, changes browsers or devices, uses an unapproved link, or completes a purchase outside the attribution window. CroozLink will not normally apply retroactive attribution without reliable evidence of a tracking error.
Any referral attribution concern must be reported within 30 days of the relevant paid transaction and include reasonable supporting information.
4. Eligible subscriptions and commission
An approved partner can earn 30% of eligible pre-tax subscription revenue actually collected from a correctly attributed customer for CroozLink Pro or CroozLink Business. Eligible monthly and yearly renewals can continue earning commission while the customer remains paid and the partner account remains active and in good standing.
Commission is based on the amount actually collected after any discount or credit. No commission is earned during a free trial or before a successful payment.
- CroozLink Pro monthly and yearly subscription payments are eligible.
- CroozLink Business monthly and yearly subscription payments are eligible.
- One-time setup, the $49 setup option, add-ons, custom work, implementation services, taxes, and unrelated products are excluded.
- Free, test, complimentary, manually granted, fraudulent, refunded, disputed, or charged-back access is excluded.
5. Renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation
A successful renewal is treated as a new eligible subscription payment. If a referred customer changes plans, future commission is calculated from the eligible subscription amount actually collected for the new plan.
Commission stops when the customer no longer has an eligible paid subscription, when payment fails, or when the partner is no longer eligible under these terms.
6. Review period and payouts
Commissions remain pending during a 30-day review and refund hold period. Approved balances are evaluated monthly for payout after the partner reaches a minimum approved balance of $100. Amounts below the threshold roll forward to a later payout cycle.
Partners must complete the required payout and tax onboarding before receiving funds. Payment-rail charges, currency conversion, withholding, or other legally required deductions may apply. Processing dates can vary by country, payout provider, banking system, compliance review, and weekends or holidays.
7. Refunds, disputes, and reversals
A commission connected to a refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, or charged-back payment may be cancelled or deducted from current or future partner earnings. A reversal will not exceed the commission originally credited for that payment.
8. Responsible promotion
Partners must describe CroozLink accurately, clearly disclose the affiliate relationship where required, and comply with applicable advertising, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and endorsement rules.
- Do not make false, misleading, unverified, or guaranteed product or earnings claims.
- Do not send spam, use purchased contact lists, impersonate CroozLink, or conceal the commercial nature of a promotion.
- Do not offer unauthorized discounts, rebates, cashbacks, or incentives.
- Do not refer yourself, your controlled accounts, or purchases made primarily to generate commission.
- Do not run paid search, social, display, or other advertising promoting CroozLink, use CroozLink branding in paid campaigns, or imply that a campaign is sponsored, managed, authorized, or run on behalf of CroozLink without prior written permission. This includes bidding on CroozLink, CroozLink product names, misspellings, or confusingly similar brand terms.
- Do not use deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, malware, adware, or other artificial attribution methods.
9. CroozLink brand and materials
CroozLink grants approved partners a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use authorized program links and approved marketing materials solely to promote CroozLink under these terms. Partners may not register domains, social handles, business names, advertisements, or intellectual property that impersonate or create confusion with CroozLink.
CroozLink may require inaccurate, outdated, or non-compliant material to be corrected or removed.
10. Confidentiality and data
Private program information, unreleased product details, partner-only materials, payout data, and other information identified as confidential must not be disclosed without permission. Partners must use referral and customer information only for lawful program activity and must not attempt to access or collect data beyond what the program provides.
11. Independent relationship and taxes
A partner is an independent participant and is not an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or legal representative of CroozLink. A partner cannot make commitments or accept obligations on behalf of CroozLink.
Partners are responsible for their own tax reporting and professional advice. The program platform may collect tax forms and prepare payout records, but this does not replace obligations that apply to CroozLink or the partner under applicable law.
12. Suspension and termination
Either party may end participation. CroozLink may suspend tracking or payouts while reviewing suspected fraud, policy violations, payment reversals, inaccurate information, security concerns, or legal risk.
Approved, undisputed commission earned before an ordinary termination remains payable subject to the threshold and payout rules. CroozLink may cancel pending or unpaid commission connected to fraud, self-referral, deceptive conduct, material breach, or an ineligible transaction. Future recurring commission ends when the partner account is terminated or is no longer in good standing.
13. Program changes
CroozLink may update the program, commission structure, eligible products, attribution rules, or these terms as the program develops. Where reasonably possible, material changes affecting future earnings will be communicated before they take effect. Continued participation after an update means the partner accepts the revised terms.
Partners are responsible for reviewing program notices and updated terms and for keeping the email address associated with their partner account current.
14. Availability and liability
CroozLink does not guarantee acceptance, referral volume, conversion, earnings, uninterrupted tracking, or continued availability of the program. To the extent permitted by law, CroozLink is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from program participation.
15. Governing law and contact
These Partner Program Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
