1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CroozLink (croozlink.com and croozl.ink), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly request you to refrain from using our platform.

CroozLink is operated by UnwiringTech® and is a member of the NVIDIA Inception program. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free users, and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

CroozLink is a professional business headquarters designed for digital creators, consultants, and independent professionals. It goes beyond basic 'link-in-bio' tools by providing a high-performance ecosystem for experts to showcase their impact and monetize their skills.

Our platform includes the following features and tools:

• Profile & Links: Customizable profile pages with links, content, and media
• CroozCal: Meeting scheduling with Google Calendar integration, automated confirmations, payment collection, and e-sign capability
• CroozDoc: Pitch deck sharing with heatmaps and viewing analytics
• CroozPulse: Smart follow-ups and lead engagement tracking
• CroozRadar: Organic traffic generation through FAQ and visitor engagement
• CroozVault: Croozers Wisdom
• Reviews: Google Business review integration and display
• Store: Digital product sales and delivery
• Analytics: Traffic analytics, visitor insights, and lead collection
• CroozAI: AI-powered content generation and assistance

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Third-Party Integrations

CroozLink integrates with third-party services to provide enhanced functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to the following:

Google Calendar Integration

When you connect your Google Calendar to CroozCal, you authorize CroozLink to check your calendar availability and create calendar events for booked meetings. You can disconnect this integration at any time from your dashboard.

Google Business Profile Integration

When you connect your Google Business Profile, you authorize CroozLink to fetch public reviews and business ratings. This data is used solely to display social proof on your profile. You retain full control to disconnect this integration at any time.

Payment Processing

Subscription payments are processed through Dodo Payments. Booking payments (paid meetings) and store purchases are processed through Stripe. When you accept or make payments through CroozLink, you agree to the respective payment processor's terms of service. CroozLink does not store your full payment card information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use CroozLink to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Sell or distribute copyrighted material or pirated content
• Sell digital products you do not have the rights to sell
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's performance
• Scrape or collect data without permission
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful or misleading content
• Create fake bookings or abuse the scheduling system
• Submit forged or fraudulent signatures through CroozCal e-sign

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create on CroozLink, including profile content, documents, and digital products. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable, at our sole discretion.

7. Document Signing (CroozCal e-Sign)

CroozCal includes e-sign functionality that allows you to share documents and collect digital signatures. By using this feature:

• You represent that you have the right to share the documents you upload
• You understand that digital signatures collected through CroozCal are legally binding in most jurisdictions
• You are responsible for ensuring the documents you share comply with applicable laws
• We recommend downloading and keeping your own copies of signed documents securely

8. Booking System (CroozCal)

CroozCal enables meeting scheduling with your clients. By using CroozCal:

• You are responsible for honoring booked meetings
• Paid meetings are subject to your cancellation and refund policies
• CroozLink is not responsible for disputes between you and your clients
• We may send automated reminders and notifications on your behalf

9. Intellectual Property

CroozLink, including its design, features, code, branding, and AI models, is the property of UnwiringTech®. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Paid Subscriptions

For paid plans:

• A 7-day free trial is provided to evaluate the service
• Payments are processed securely through Dodo Payments
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions honor current pricing until renewal
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

11. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the best possible experience, but technology can be unpredictable. CroozLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Missed meetings or scheduling conflicts
• Document signing disputes
• Third-party integration failures

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnwiringTech® from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of CroozLink, including claims related to documents you share, meetings you conduct, or products you sell through our platform.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CroozLink at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of CroozLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
