• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with notice; existing subscriptions honor current pricing until renewal
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

8. Limitation of Liability

CroozLink is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unwiring Tech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of CroozLink or violation of these terms.

10. Termination
