This scorecard helps with operational routing. It does not assess immigration eligibility or predict a case outcome.

Score the Inquiry

Give each answer 0, 1, or 2 points.

A. Service clarity

• 0: "I need help" with no identifiable objective
• 1: Broad service area is known
• 2: Clear objective and relevant country or jurisdiction

B. Contact reliability

• 0: Unusable or missing contact details
• 1: One valid contact method
• 2: Valid contact method plus preferred channel and timezone

C. Time context

• 0: Claims urgency but provides no date or context
• 1: No urgent date, or a broad timeframe is given
• 2: A specific date or event is stated for professional review

D. Consultation understanding

• 0: Expects an immediate free eligibility answer
• 1: Unsure what the consultation includes
• 2: Understands the meeting type, scope, and fee if applicable

E. Preparation commitment

• 0: Has not completed required basic intake
• 1: Intake is partly complete
• 2: Required basic intake is complete

F. Next-step intent

• 0: Only collecting general information
• 1: Interested but not ready to choose a service
• 2: Ready to book the appropriate next step

Read the Result

0-4 points: Do not push a booking.

Send one focused clarification, a relevant public resource, or a respectful scope message.

5-8 points: Route with a human checkpoint.

A short discovery call or manual review may be more appropriate than immediate paid booking.

9-12 points: Present the consultation path.

Show the scope, fee, policy, available times, and preparation in one sequence.

The Override Rule

The score never overrides professional judgment or the firm's required checks. A low-scoring urgent inquiry may need human attention. A high-scoring inquiry may still be outside scope or unsuitable.

That is why this is a routing aid, not an automated verdict.

Turn the Score Into a Journey

The useful part is not the number. It is the branch that follows it.
